HAYS are working with a national finance company who are looking for their next Client Liaison Officer in Subiaco, paying from $75,000 + super.

Your new role

You will play a crucial role in supporting the front line sales team and acting as the second point of contact for sales, clients and third parties. You will proactively support the sales effort within the commercial finance lending space and help manage their pipeline by building rapport, nurturing relationships and identifying future potential opportunities. Your day-to-day duties will include but will not limited too;

• Managing the preparation of credit papers including noting relevant borrowers and guarantors.

• Sourcing relevant financials for individuals and related entities in the credit application process.

• Organising valuations for any commercial property facilities, including obtaining quotes from multiple valuers and credit approval once the valuation is received.

• Liaising with relevant internal staff members as well as external solicitors and clients to facilitate documentation and settlement of deals.

What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience in a similar role and your excellent communication skills will lead you to your success, as will;

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills (internal and external)

• Strive for excellence and "value-add" in everything you do.

• Solutions focused and willing to help others.

• Tertiary education / degree desirable.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook.
