Our client, based in Perth’s Northern Suburbs, is seeking a temporary Clerical Officer.

Your new company

Our state government client, based in Perth's Northern Suburbs, is seeking a driven Clerical Officer to join their busy team. Our client is seeking someone to commence as soon as possible. This will be a temporary contract arrangement with the expectation of working a full-time government working week of 37.5 hours.

Your new role

  • Receiving equipment
  • Coordinating deliveries of parcels and equipment
  • Moving equipment with available trolleys
  • Booking trips related to equipment transportation
  • Meeting and liaising with couriers for deliveries
  • Packaging and unboxing medical equipment

What you'll need to succeed


  • Experience with purchasing systems is preferred.
  • Ability to coordinate deliveries and keep track of inventory
  • Booking trips and handling logistics efficiently
  • Liaising with couriers and staff professionally
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication
  • Ability to move and transport medical equipment.
  • Packing, unboxing, and handling sensitive medical equipment with care
  • Handling day-to-day dispatch challenges
  • Managing unexpected delivery issues
