Our client is a leading provider of cleaning services at Northern beaches looking for a cleaning supervisor to join their team, dedicated to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene for their clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Supervise and lead cleaning staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

Implement cleaning schedules and procedures.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met.

Train new employees on cleaning techniques and safety protocols.

Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to cleaning services.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Valid driving licence and own car.

Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role.

Excellent attention to detail.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques.

The ability to handle physical tasks and work flexible hours.
