Temp Claims Management Officer - $37.12/hr + Superannuation - Property Claims

Duration: 6 month temp assignment

Free on-site ParkingWorking in a fast paced, high energy call centre environment, the Claims Management Officer will manage end‑to‑end claims, ensuring each case is handled professionally, accurately, and efficiently. They will take responsibility for the full lifecycle of a claim - from lodgement through to assessment, investigation, negotiation, and final settlement.
These roles require candidates who can manage complex customer calls, work under pressure, and navigate heightened emotions with confidence and empathy.
- 6 weeks full-time training
- Comprised of 2 weeks of comprehensive training and 4 weeks rockpool
- This role operates on an 7.5-hour shift schedule, between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Additionally, weekend availability is required from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Approx. 15 inbound complex calls/day, supporting customers in heightened or emotional state due to property damage or loss and detailed case navigation
- Must be able to interpret reports, manage complex queries, and work across multiple systems
Candidate Requirements
- Strong customer service experience in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments.
- Resilience and professionalism when dealing with emotional and impacted customers.
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently once remote.
- Comfortable working in high volume call centre environment
- Must be able to commit to shifts for the period of 6 months
- No planned leaves during the training period
