Your new role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing civil construction activities, ensuring quality standards are met, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Working closely with project managers and site teams, this candidate will play a critical role in maintaining compliance with engineering specifications and safety regulations and liaising with key project stakeholders.

• Manage and supervise civil works for roads and earthworks projects.
• Implement and maintain QA/QC processes across all project phases.
• Ensure compliance with design standards, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and quality records.
• Liaise with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrated experience in roads and earthworks construction.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC systems and standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
