As a Junior Civil Engineer, you will be supporting Senior Engineers and Project Managers to develop designs and documentation for construction activities. You'll be utilising Civil 3D to develop drainage, roads and other associated civil infrastructure works to support an array of State Government Developments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the preparation of engineering designs and documentation
• Conducting site inspections and surveys
• Supporting project planning and scheduling
• Collaborating with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations

What you'll need to succeed

You'll need a few years' post-graduate civil design experience, coupled with the willingness to learn and develop within a high-performance team. This role is office-based in Hobart, with Civil Engineering qualifications and some civil design experience. You'll need to be a clear communicator with a team-first approach and a willingness to further develop your expertise.
