Your new role
In this role, you’ll be part of the Consumer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) team, working on a newly established CIAM platform. You’ll help design, build and maintain secure identity solutions that support a diverse range of users including participants, providers, carers and more. This is a hands-on engineering role where you’ll collaborate with architects, stakeholders and other tech teams to solve complex identity challenges and improve digital safety.
Day-to-day, you’ll:

• Implement CIAM solutions using modern technologies and best practices

• Design scalable and user-friendly identity services

• Investigate incidents and contribute to platform operations

• Develop automations and integrations to enhance CIAM capabilities

• Occasionally participate in after-hours on-call support

What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

• Solid experience in software development, particularly in CIAM solutions

• Strong understanding of identity platforms like Auth0, Okta, ForgeRock, Ping or similar

• Ability to design solutions that meet business needs and regulatory requirements

• Experience resolving production issues and maintaining CIAM platforms

• A collaborative mindset and the ability to manage your own workload

• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-evolving technical environment

• NV1 clearance preferred
