You bring strong experience in statutory, governance or highly regulated environments, alongside a clear ability to translate legal complexity into practical, executive‑level advice. You understand that technical expertise alone is not enough—success in this role requires leadership capability, cultural awareness and sound professional judgement.
You will also demonstrate:
- Extensive senior leadership experience within a legal practice or complex organisation, including leading high‑performing teams
- Proven experience advising CEOs, boards or executive councils on complex, high‑risk legal and governance matters
- Strong capability in statutory interpretation, regulatory frameworks and enterprise‑wide legal risk management

At the Northern Land Council, you will step into a role with genuine influence, scale and purpose.
