Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for financial stewardship, governance, and broader business services across the organisation. You will be a commercially astute and values driven finance leader, comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands on level within a lean environment. CA or CPA qualified, you will bring experience across financial leadership, including budgeting, reporting, audit and risk, along with exposure to operational finance and Board governance. You will combine strong commercial judgement with a practical, solutions focused approach, the ability to lead a small team, and clear communication skills, with exposure to business systems or broader corporate services and experience in the arts, not for profit or government sectors viewed favourably.
