We’re seeking a Change Manager to support a high-impact remediation project within the wealth sector. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in
remediation, who thrives in a collaborative environment and is comfortable working alongside another Change Manager focused on stakeholder engagement.

Your new role

• Lead the development of a client engagement strategy and engagement maps
• Apply journey mapping techniques to support remediation outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery
• Support change planning and execution across impacted business areas

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience delivering change management in wealth management or remediation projects.
• Experience delivering change manager in banking or financial services is essential.
• Strong skills in journey mapping is highly desirable.
• Comfortable working in a supporting Change Manager role (not a senior lead).
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing project needs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

What you'll get in return

A 6-Month Contract with a chance of extension, daily rate of $1000.
