Change Manager – CRM & Acquisition Integration

An established global organisation is entering an exciting phase of growth and transformation following several strategic acquisitions. With successful integrations already completed and more underway internationally, this is a unique opportunity for an experienced Change Manager to take ownership of a high‑impact change program.

Contract duration: Initial 12- month contract
Location: North of river
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days WFH)

Your new role

This is a standalone Change Manager role, focused on driving end‑to‑end change across a CRM initiative and supporting broader integration activities arising from acquisitions.
You will work alongside internal stakeholders and external consultants to design, deliver and embed effective change strategies across multiple systems and regions. With further acquisitions planned—adding approximately 300 employees globally—this role will play a key part in ensuring consistency, engagement and adoption across the business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver a full Change Management program for a CRM project

  • Support ongoing integration initiatives following recent and upcoming acquisitions

  • Develop creative and engaging change materials, communications and training content

  • Build a reusable library of change collateral to support future integrations

  • Work closely with project teams, consultants and business stakeholders to drive adoption

  • Manage change across multiple systems over the project lifecycle.



What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Change Manager, operating independently and confidently

  • Strong background delivering change within complex, evolving environments

  • No requirement for specific CRM system experience—strong change fundamentals are key

  • Able to design creative, practical and scalable change materials

  • Comfortable driving your own change program end‑to‑end

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
