An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Change Lead to join a large, complex government organisation undergoing a significant enterprise transformation. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the successful adoption of new processes, behaviours and technologies across the organisation.

Your new role

As the Change Lead, you will be responsible for leading both the strategic and tactical change management activities associated with a major implementation. Working closely with project, technical and business teams, you will ensure stakeholders are engaged, employees are supported, and the organisation is ready to embed change sustainably.

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated success leading change in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments, ideally within CRM or large enterprise system implementations
• Strong grounding in change management methodologies and tools (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR)
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organisation
• Proven experience leading workshops, communicating complex information and driving behavioural change
• Experience designing and delivering communication and training programs that support digital transformation
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and hands-on delivery capability
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Agility and resilience to operate effectively in a dynamic, evolving environment

What you'll get in return
