This organisation is undertaking a major digital transformation and requires an experienced Change Manager to support stakeholders through a period of significant technology-driven change.

Your new role

You will be responsible for planning, delivering and embedding change initiatives across the business. This includes managing the impact of new systems and processes, building stakeholder engagement, and ensuring the adoption of digital solutions. Working closely with project teams, you will develop strategies that address both technical and people aspects of change to deliver a smooth transition.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in change management, ideally within IT or digital transformation projects
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment
• Change management certification (e.g. PROSCI, ADKAR) is highly regarded
