Change Manager Fixed Term Contract (Fully Remote)

Our client has a project that is delivering a new, integrated road service system on behalf of four participating Australian motoring clubs. This is a complex, multi-club transformation with deep integration across internal platforms and third-party providers. You’ll be joining a growing, collaborative program team where resilience, shared ownership, and long-term system sustainability are core values.

Your New Role
As a senior change leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the change management strategy across ACC and the participating Clubs. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on people, process, and platform impacts. Working across four clubs, you will lead a collective of change managers to ensure a consistent, coordinated, and effective change approach from design through to delivery.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
To thrive in this role, you will bring significant experience leading complex change initiatives and influencing diverse stakeholder groups. You will need to be comfortable operating in a federated environment and working independently in a fully remote setting.
Key requirements include:
  • 7+ years’ experience delivering change management across large-scale projects or programs
  • Proven ability to design and embed change, communications, and training strategies
  • Experience leading or coordinating change managers across multiple teams or organisations
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, working effectively with Clubs, vendors, and senior leaders
  • Excellent communication skills, with a structured and pragmatic approach to risk, issues, and dependencies
