The program is delivered through a structured model, including dedicated workstreams and agile delivery teams supporting diverse stakeholder groups across the organisation.
Your new role
As a Change Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation and embedding of large-scale organisational change across multiple cohorts. Working within a collaborative, agile delivery environment, you will partner with project and business stakeholders to drive adoption and ensure sustainable outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the delivery and embedding of operating model and organisational change initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Developing and executing change plans, impact assessments, communication and engagement strategies.
- Working closely with delivery teams (including PMs and BAs) within scrum-based environments to ensure change is integrated into delivery.
- Driving stakeholder engagement across diverse groups, including both corporate and operational teams, to build awareness, capability, and commitment.
- Supporting leaders and frontline staff through transition, adoption, and managing resistance.
- Monitoring and reporting on change readiness, adoption, and risks, and recommending improvements across successive rollout phases.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-wide change within large, complex organisations.
- Demonstrated capability supporting operating model transformation, organisational design, or workforce change programmes.
- Experience working across multiphase or cohort-based implementations with a strong focus on embedding change.
- Ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholder groups, navigating complexity and competing priorities.
- Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments, ideally within cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate strategy into practical, actionable outcomes.
