Your new role
We’re seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a large-scale HR transformation program involving the implementation of new Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll, and Time & Labour platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in regulated environments and is passionate about delivering meaningful change that improves employee and leader experiences.
You will be responsible for:
Designing and executing fit-for-purpose change, learning, and communications plans
Leading change activities across multiple initiatives or squads
Coaching business SMEs and supporting Agile delivery teams
Integrating change with learning and communication to drive adoption
Translating technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language
What you'll need to succeed
5+ years of experience in Change Management, ideally in financial services or a regulated industry
Proven ability to deliver change, communications, and learning for large-scale transformation or technology initiatives
Experience with HCM systems (e.g., Oracle), Payroll, or Time & Labour platforms is highly desirable
Strong stakeholder engagement and coaching skills
Agile and traditional delivery model experience
Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
What you'll get in return
Day rate: $800 - $900 + super per day
Length of contract: 6 months
WFH: Flexible, 2–3 days per week in the office
Location: Sydney or Brisbane-based candidates will be considered for this role
