Your new role

The role of the Centre Manager is to lead, oversee and manage the operations, and the future growth and development of the Hobart Centre.

What you'll need to succeed

The Centre Manager will have extensive experience of managing multidisciplinary teams to deliver the required activities and services.

You will be highly motivated and will facilitate excellence in integrated, holistic healthcare, with the goal of improving outcomes for clients of the service and the wider community.
Work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to ensure all activities are delivered in accordance with the grant agreement. You will:
- Support a service that is inclusive of youth participation and family involvement, including regular attendance to youth reference group meetings.
- Manage and supervise staff through line management, including monitoring staff performance and development.
- Participate in the recruitment and selection of any new staff (including private practitioners, GPs and students) and ensure they are orientated to the procedures and operations of the service.
- Minimum Degree level qualifications in allied health, behavioural/social sciences, youth work, mental health nursing, or a related discipline/experience.
- Desirable: Post-graduate qualifications in business or health services management.
