Your new company

Our client is a relocation services company that relocates offices and commercial businesses within the ACT. They are a nationwide organisation with their Canberra branch being based in Fyshwick. They have a pipeline of upcoming relocations getting locked in and will require casual staff to assist their direct employees.

Your new role

In this role you will be required to:

• Travel to the required meeting site. Sometimes this may be the depot, other times it will be directly to the job site.

• You will be required to physically lift, shift and move items such as desks, office chairs, boxes of stationery, computers, shelving and other related items depending on the job.

• You will follow instructions provided by your on-site supervisor and take initiative to keep busy and work efficiently and safely.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Demonstrated recent experience in a similar role

• Reliable transport to get to and from work

• Navy blue or black plain work pants/shorts, t -shirt and steel cap boots
  
  

What you'll get in return

In return, you will be paid above-award hourly rates of $33- 34 an hour for all hours worked. You will also be first in line for any other casual removals or other blue collar work relevant to your skills and experience through Hays.
