Your new role
As a Case Officer, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of protected, award, and power of attorney estates. You’ll be responsible for:
- Administering financial and legal matters including property sales, investment management, and estate finalisation
- Liaising with clients, legal representatives, and external stakeholders
- Preparing financial statements and reports
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies
- Providing high-quality customer service in often sensitive and complex situations
What you'll need to succeed
To hit the ground running, you’ll bring:
- Previous experience managing a caseload in a complex administrative or financial environment
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate empathetically and professionally with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail and sound judgement
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Confidence working within a legislative framework
- Experience with financial reporting and asset management is highly desirable.
