An internationally recognised mining organisation is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join operations at Dugald River in North West QLD. This site focuses on large-scale resource projects and offers a strong pipeline of ongoing works.

Your New Role

We are seeking a trade qualified Carpenter to assist with camp and office upgrade projects on site. This role is offered on an 8/6 roster and is available FIFO from Townsville or Brisbane. The project will run through to the end of the year.

Job Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Complete carpentry works for camp and office upgrade projects

• General fit-out, maintenance, and refurbishment tasks

• Interpret basic plans and follow site specifications

• Work safely and efficiently in line with site and safety requirements

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Trade qualified Carpenter

• Current MMQ / RSHQ

• Domestic construction experience

• Ability to pass a mine site medical and random Drug & Alcohol testing

• Ability to work safely and effectively within a team
