About the Company

We are an established residential building company based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, specialising in high-quality new homes and renovations. Due to a strong pipeline of work, we are seeking an experienced carpenter with solid first and second fix skills to join our team.

The Role

You will work across a range of residential projects, delivering structural and finishing carpentry to a high standard. This role suits a tradesperson who takes pride in their workmanship and can work efficiently within a small, professional team.

Key Responsibilities

First Fix Carpentry:

• Wall, floor, and roof framing
• Stud walls, noggins, and bulkheads
• Door and window framing
• Structural timber installations

Second Fix Carpentry:

• Installation of internal doors
• Skirting boards, architraves, and trims
• Cabinetry and shelving installation
• Timber stair components and finishing carpentry

About You

• Trade-qualified carpenter or highly experienced carpenter
• Strong experience in residential first and second fix work
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• High attention to detail and quality finishes
• Reliable, punctual, and well presented
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Own tools essential
