Call Centre Operator
Rate: $35.80 an hour plus super!
Type: Ongoing Contract
Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri, 7 hours a day, 35 hours a week
Location: Gosford

To note: The successful candidate will require 2 weeks of full-time training. After completing the requirements, there will be a 8-12-week nesting period of ongoing support.

Your new role
The successful candidates will be placed on a rotating roster, Monday–Friday.
After completing training, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound calls, addressing queries, and providing accurate information to clients
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Using multiple government systems, entering data, and navigating multiple screens
  • Meeting KPIs

    What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous experience in a government or call centre role (highly desirable)
  • Previous experience in customer service, administration or similar (essential)
  • Excellent communication skills, able to 'smile through the phone'
  • Tech-savvy, the ability to pick up systems quickly and navigate across multiple government programs
  • Successful candidates may need to complete a police check
