What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a government or call centre role (highly desirable)
Previous experience in customer service, administration or similar (essential)
Excellent communication skills, able to 'smile through the phone'
Tech-savvy, the ability to pick up systems quickly and navigate across multiple government programs
Successful candidates may need to complete a police check
