Call Centre Operator
Rate: $37.39 an hour plus super
Type: Ongoing Contract
Hours: Full-time, Mon-Sun Roster, 7 hours a day, 35 hours a week
Location: Maitland
To note: We are sourcing for MULTIPLE positions. The successful candidate will require 2 weeks of full-time training. After completing the requirements, there will be an 8–12 week nesting period of ongoing support. Training will be in normal business hours, Monday–Friday. No leave can be taken during this time unless approved.

The successful candidates will be placed on a rotating roster, Monday–Friday.
After completing training, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Answering inbound calls, addressing queries, and providing accurate information to clients
Providing excellent customer service
Using multiple government systems, entering data, and navigating multiple screens
Meeting KPIs
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a government or call centre role (highly desirable)
Previous experience in customer service, administration or similar role (essential)
Excellent communication skills, able to 'smile through the phone'
Tech-savvy, the ability to pick up systems quickly and navigate across multiple government programs
Successful candidates may need to complete a police check
