Your new role
• Providing general administrative support across the team
• Managing shared inboxes and responding to enquiries
• Assisting with procurement processes and invoice processing
• Maintaining records, registers and documentation
• Coordinating office supplies, equipment and maintenance requests
• Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to support business operations
• Assisting with general office coordination and team support
What you'll need to succeed
• Previous experience in an administrative or business support role
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
• A proactive and reliable approach
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and general systems
