Your new role
Will be working a 7.5-hour shift between 8am and 7pm Monday to Friday. Your role will be based in a high-volume inbound and outbound contact centre. You will be responsible for managing online help requests where you will prepare email correspondence to assist customers with their enquiries.
You will provide exceptional customer service, respond to change with positivity, along with promote government services and resources to customers to improve their customer experience.
This role will require you to work autonomously across multiple systems at once with the ability to interact with the customer while also navigating computer systems to record notes and look up information.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong administration skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service via written interactions.
The ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing work priorities.
Be able to work within a framework of legislation, established principles, work practices and procedures.
A resilient and adaptable nature with a positive outlook towards change.
A strong attention to detail and the ability to self-develop your skills in line with department expectations.
The ability to be able to work a typical 7.5-hour day rostered between 8am and 7pm Monday to Friday
Have strong technical skills and the ability to grasp new concepts well and easily
Please note: You must be an Australian citizen to apply for this role. Shortlisted candidates will be required to have a current National Police clearance issued within the last 6 months and two references completed.
