Your new role
As the Business Support Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the branch. Your responsibilities will include:
- Diary management and coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior managers.
- Document control, governance reporting, and credit card acquittals.
- Preparation of ministerial correspondence and monthly/quarterly management reports.
- Coordination of training, business planning activities, and risk documentation.
- Oversight of HR documentation and fleet allocations.
- Maintenance of fixed asset systems, including audits and stocktakes.
- Liaison with internal stakeholders on procurement, asset management, and disposal matters.
- General office support including budget and stationery management.
