Your new role
You will provide high quality administrative and organisational support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll contribute to efficient workflows, maintain accurate documentation, and help uplift internal processes as the team drives major initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating daily administrative tasks to support team operations
- Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on actions
- Developing professional reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and correspondence
- Assisting with onboarding activities and induction planning for new starters
- Organising meetings, forums, travel arrangements, and event logistics
- Maintaining internal systems, shared mailboxes, and accurate data entry
- Supporting continuous improvement of administrative and operational processes
- Contributing to a collaborative and customer focused team culture
What you'll need to succeed
This role is suited to someone highly organised, proactive, and confident working in a fast‑paced environment.
You will bring:
- A Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships
- Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Sound judgement, initiative, and problem solving ability
- Strong capability across MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
