Your new role
This full-time position sits within the Chemicals Trading Division and offers hands-on involvement in international trade coordination. You’ll support the execution of import/export transactions, manage shipping documentation, and liaise with key stakeholders across logistics, finance, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate international and domestic shipments
- Manage purchase and sales orders, shipping arrangements, and inventory updates
- Liaise with overseas offices, suppliers, customers, and logistics vendors
- Prepare and verify shipping and commercial documentation (invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Analysis)
- Support trade finance processes including Letters of Credit and remittances
- Assist with internal approvals, compliance checks, and reporting
- Organise meetings, travel arrangements, and expense claims for the team
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in trading, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Strong understanding of international trade processes and documentation
- Familiarity with Incoterms, freight forwarding, and trade-related banking transactions
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP or ERP experience highly regarded
