With a strong focus on performance, compliance, and continuous improvement, they are seeking a capable Business Support & Payroll Coordinator to provide critical support across administration, payroll, HR, and finance on a 0.8F FTE basis.
Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is a varied and hands-on role where you will deliver integrated support across the business. You will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery across weekly and fortnightly cycles. Alongside payroll, you will provide proactive administrative support to the Executive team, coordinate travel and events, and contribute to reporting and documentation. You will also support HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, and return-to-work coordination, while maintaining internal communications and assisting with broader finance and operational activities.
