Your new role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to oversee our business operations and drive growth and report directly to the General Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the business, including finance, HR, and administration. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve business performance and drive growth.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the business, including finance, HR, and administration.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve business performance and drive growth.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and contractors.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team.

What you’ll need to succeed

As a successful candidate, you’ll ideally have demonstrated experience in a similar role, be highly efficient and responsive, and you’ll also possess the following.

• Proven experience as a Business Operations Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the construction industry is highly desirable.
• Proficient using the entire MS Suite, especially Excel
