Your new role

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing existing relationships across designated territories in QLD and NSW, while actively prospecting for new business opportunities. Your expertise will be crucial in providing in-depth knowledge of the product specifications, features, functions, and benefits to your portfolio of clients. They value strong relationship-based sales processes and are looking for someone who thrives on driving business through client engagement, qualifying leads, and delivering tailored solutions.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients across QLD and NSW.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence.

  • Provide detailed knowledge of product specifications, features, functions, and benefits.

  • Drive business through client calls, qualifying leads, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions.

  • Quote jobs and close deals effectively to meet and exceed sales targets.



What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in external sales.

  • Essential background in conveyor belt sales.

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills.

  • Autonomous and self-driven.

  • Target-oriented with a strong track record of meeting sales goals.

  • Excellent presentation skills.
