We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Manager with expertise in stainless steel piping systems to lead growth initiatives and manage project delivery within the data centre and pharmaceutical sectors. This role combines strategic client acquisition with hands-on project coordination, ensuring seamless execution from tender stage through to completion.

Your new role

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within data centres and pharmaceutical construction projects

• Develop and maintain relationships with tier 1 & tier 2 builders, mechanical contractors, and stakeholders

• Prepare proposals, pricing strategies, and tender submissions

• Monitor market trends and upcoming projects

• Lead end-to-end project management across the complete lifecycle, ensuring seamless delivery from concept, design, and procurement through to execution and project closeout.

• Manage SS piping projects from enquiry through to delivery

• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors

• Monitor timelines, budgets, and quality

• Ensure compliance with technical specifications
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in construction or mechanical services

• Strong knowledge of stainless steel pipes and tubes

• Experience in data centre or pharmaceutical projects preferred

• Excellent communication and project management skills

• Relevant qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business (preferred)
