Our client is one of the largest adhesive and sealant companies in the world, employing over 5,000 people in 50 countries across five continents, including manufacturing in Australia. Their products are used globally in the construction of new buildings and refurbishment projects. They offer solutions for flooring, tiling, waterproofing, sealing, decoration, assembly and insulation.
Your new role
Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will manage customer relationships with end users in the construction industry and create sales pull-through with a local dealer channel. Your key duties are to manage customer relationships, following up on sales opportunities and translating activities into sustainable sales & profit. You will develop and cultivate accounts within your territory and execute business plans to increase sales. A full position description will be made available upon interview.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous B2B sales experience, preferably within the building materials sector or aligned industry.
Currently residing within the Western suburbs or Geelong region and willing to travel.
Current drivers license.
High level of written & verbal communication skills
Experience using Salesforce or an equivalent CRM
Attention to detail and able to meet deadlines.
