Community focused organisation have a need within their Technology department for 2 Business Analysts with a background in Infrastructure projects.

Your new role

As Business Analyst, you will be responsible for requirements elicitation and validation, stakeholder analysis, process improvement and optimisation, and testing support. All within a large infrastructure environment

What you'll need to succeed

• Solid understanding of core IT infrastructure domains, including Cloud computing (e.g., Azure, AWS), Networking (e.g., LAN/WAN, firewalls, load balancers), Servers and storage (e.g., virtualisation, data centres, SAN/NAS), Identity and access management (e.g., Active Directory, MFA, SSO), End-user computing (e.g., Windows OS, device management), and Cybersecurity fundamentals
• Experience translating technical infrastructure requirements into business-aligned documentation
• Ability to read and interpret solution architecture diagrams and technical design documents
• Experience working closely with engineers, architects, and infrastructure operations teams
• Familiarity with infrastructure-related change impact assessments (e.g., system upgrades, migrations, decommissioning)
• Working knowledge of ITSM practices (e.g., incident, change, and problem management)
