Your new company
Join a local organisation committed to delivering innovative solutions for community services. This organisation is currently undertaking a Contractor Lifecycle Management project aimed at enhancing workforce safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Your new role
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of the second project phase. You’ll work closely with the Solution Architect, Project Manager, SMEs, and external vendors to gather and document requirements, map business processes, and identify gaps in current systems and workflows. In this role, you will engage with stakeholders through interviews and workshops to gather and refine business and functional requirements. You’ll document these requirements in clear, structured formats, while mapping current and future state business processes using BPMN. Your work will include conducting gap analyses to identify discrepancies between existing systems and desired outcomes, and collaborating closely with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business needs. You’ll also contribute to change management activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments, ideally within government or regulated sectors
Strong understanding of WHS processes and contractor management systems (e.g. Damstra, Myosh, WHS Monitor, or similar)
Proficiency in business process modelling, ideally using BPMN
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with a knowledge of change management practices to support user adoption
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
What you'll get in return
In return you'll receive a competitive daily rate and hybrid working arrangements with 3 days in the office. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a high-impact project within a supportive team and gain exposure to modern WHS and workforce management technologies.
