Your new role

As a Business Analyst, you will support risk and assurance activities across a large-scale transition program, helping ensure business and IT services are delivered in line with regulatory and operational standards. You will play a key role in analysing processes, identifying risks, and driving improvements across the organisation.

• Conducting process analysis and control assurance activities to identify risks and improvement opportunities
• Supporting business process documentation, mapping, and analysis across technology and operations
• Producing insightful reporting and analysis on risk, compliance, and performance metrics
• Collaborating with stakeholders across technology, risk, and business teams to support delivery outcomes
• Contributing to governance forums, reporting, and decision-making processes
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and identifying opportunities for automation and process optimisation

What you'll need to succeed

You will bring experience working as a Business Analyst or in a risk/compliance-focused role, ideally within a complex or regulated environment.

• Strong business analysis skills, including process mapping and requirements analysis
• Experience working with risk, controls, or assurance frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable outcomes
• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
