Your new role

We are seeking two experienced Business Analysts to join a high-performing team within the Consumer Division of a major transformation program. These roles sit within the Product and Processes stream, supporting the migration of over 6 million consumer and business accounts from legacy systems to a modern banking platform.
You will be contributing to two key pillars of the stream:

Customer Communications Requirements

• Define and document requirements for customer mail-outs during the account migration process.
• Ensure communications are clear, comprehensive, and tailored to customer needs across various product holdings.

Exception Handling

• Identify and analyse customer cohorts requiring bespoke handling.
• Develop requirements for tailored communications and processes for approximately 150 unique customer scenarios.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and feasibility.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the banking sector, specifically working on consumer or business deposit products (e.g., savings accounts, cash management accounts, term deposits).
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to navigate complex organisational structures.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset, balanced with business needs.
• Experience writing detailed requirements and user stories (Agile experience not essential).
• Ability to work collaboratively within a large BA team and take guidance from senior team members.
