Your new role

The Business Analyst will be a part of a Virtual Assist/ ChatBot Project to support the website/digital channel for online services, including forms support. You will be responsible for capturing business requirements for the Chatbot, dialogue/conversational design, support for testing, and support for backlog development.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5 + years experience as a Business Analyst in digital / website projects

• Must have recent experience with chatbot design and implementation

• Knowledge of conversational design and process mapping

What you'll get in return

Initial 6 month contract with a possible extension
