Due to increased workload, they are looking for a Business Administration Assistant to work in their Shared Services area.

Your new role

  • Managing joint inbox.

  • Chasing PO numbers and matching them to orders.

  • Data Entry.

  • Answering incoming calls when required.

  • General administration tasks for the team.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in an administration job.

  • Exposure to chasing PO Numbers and allocating to the right department.

  • Ability to multitask.

  • Confidence using Microsoft Suite.
