Your new role
Managing joint inbox.
Chasing PO numbers and matching them to orders.
Data Entry.
Answering incoming calls when required.
General administration tasks for the team.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in an administration job.
Exposure to chasing PO Numbers and allocating to the right department.
Ability to multitask.
Confidence using Microsoft Suite.
