Your new company

This residential builder is a leader in the design and delivery of boutique projects with much care and attention to detail spent in the scheduling, supervision and construction process of each home. Our client requires the skill and enthusiasm of an experienced Residential Building Supervisor with a proven track record.

Your new role

Due to a large pipeline of homes and new projects, our client is seeking an experienced Building supervisor who has a proven track record of conception to completion of high end custom projects.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will have:

- A deep understanding of construction and home building
- Ideally a trade background - carpentry, bricklaying
- Experience in dealing with clients before, during and after a project
- Experience with a high-end custom home builder
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
