Your new role

As a building manager, you will be corresponding with and communicating with owners, tenants, contractors, strata management, property managers and various others, complaint handling and resolution, ensuring by-law compliance, managing the day-to-day working operations of the building/s, working with management and owners to ensure that buildings are well maintained and kept to a superior standard in terms of cleanliness and overall appearance plus much more.


What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this position you will:
  • Understand a building and its management
  • Have strong relationship-building skills
  • Be experienced in managing or working on minor projects
  • Trade qualification or extensive building and construction experience (beneficial not essential)
  • Have experience in residential or commercial property real estate/facilities management (beneficial not essential)
  • Have professional phone and face-to-face communication
