Your new role

As a Business Support professional within the Wealth Management division, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the NSW branch. This is a diverse and fast-paced position where you’ll provide administrative, operational, and compliance support across a wide range of functions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Diary and travel management for senior leaders
  • Coordination of branch and client events
  • Managing internal communications and correspondence
  • Maintaining key operational records such as attendance, leave, and organisational charts
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assisting with compliance initiatives, account maintenance, and client queries
  • Liaising with facilities and external platforms
  • Contributing to the coordination of corporate actions and annual fee processes


What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong administrative experience, ideally within financial services or a broking environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, organised approach
  • Confidence in managing multiple tasks in a time-critical environment
  • Solid IT literacy and familiarity with internal systems and databases
  • A flexible, professional attitude and the ability to work independently
  • An interest in financial markets and compliance is highly desirable
