A global manufacturing company that specialises in servicing the mining industry, is seeking an experienced bookkeeper / all-rounder accounts candidate to join their growing team. This will be an asap start basis.

Your new role

• Accounts payable and receivable duties
• Invoicing and purchase order management
• Bank and credit card reconciliation
• End to end payroll for 70 - 130 employees
• Assisting with month end process and journal preparation
• BAS Preparation
• Stock take assistance
• Supporting Finance Manager as required
• Full time hours, Monday - Friday

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience with similar position

• End to end accounts payable, receivable and payroll

• Familiar with Xero or Myob system

• Strong excel skills : lookup formula and pivot tables

• Good accounting knowledge and strong administrative skills

• Ability to work independently in a team environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
