Our client in the Northern Beaches is looking for a dedicated bookkeeper to join their fast-paced and dynamic bookkeeping business. This role offers flexibility, with the option to work full-time or four days a week.
Your new role
- Bookkeeping for 20+ clients
- Full function accounts payable including payment runs
- Bank reconciliations
- Journals, accruals, prepayments
- BAS reconciliation
- Payroll processing (weekly/fortnightly)
- Balance sheet reconciliations & reviewing P&Ls
- System: Xero
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 3 + years in a similar bookkeeping role
- Certificate IV in Bookkeeping (preferred)
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Knowledge of Xero
- BAS registered (desirable)
- High level communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong work ethic with an outgoing approach
