Your new role
You’ll be responsible for the fabrication, fit-out, and quality control of specialised concrete pump vehicles and equipment. This hands-on role involves welding, cutting, drilling, painting, and installation, as well as supporting inspections and collaborating with internal teams to ensure each build meets strict safety and performance standards.

• Fabrication of components including welding, drilling, and painting
• Fit-out of vehicles and equipment with required options and modifications
• Conducting inspections and completing PDI checklists
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Communicating faults and improvement ideas across departments

What you'll need to succeed

• Current driver’s licence and welding certifications
• Strong attention to detail and tool handling skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Experience in concrete pump or related industries is highly regarded.
• HR or forklift licence and ERP system experience desirable.
