Blue Collar Trades Recruitment Specialist required for permanent role South of the River

We are looking for a Blue-Collar Recruitment Specialist who is equally suited to filling a small portion of white collar positions to join a small, dynamic team based South of the River. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and placing mining trades into numerous projects with top-tier clients. Your ability to build and maintain strong talent pipelines will be key in ensuring that their workforce is always ready to meet industry demands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of mining trades talent.
  • Source, screen, and onboard candidates for a variety of mining trades roles and white collar engineering and management level positions
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain engagement.
  • Ensure compliance is adhered to.
  • Manage the onboarding process.

This is an opportunity to further consolidate your recruitment experience within the mining sector and be involved in the automation of the recruitment process for the future. You will demonstrate a strong work ethic, be passionate about your craft and possess the ability to multi-task whilst delivering results. It is essential that you possess prior experience of recruiting for mining trades positions to be successful in your application.

This position is based south of the River and parking is available on site.
