Looking to take your career to new heights? Join a dynamic team supporting the aviation industry with high-quality painting and surface preparation services for aircraft tooling and ground support equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare paint to desired colour and consistency
  • Clean, adjust, and maintain spray guns and other painting equipment
  • Perform rust repairs and surface preparation for painting
  • Dismantle, prepare, paint, and reinstall equipment components
  • Clean machinery and equipment prior to painting
  • Mask surfaces accurately before paint application
  • Apply paint using spray guns and brushes
  • Apply decals to machinery and aircraft-related tooling
  • Paint custom-built ground support equipment and tooling
  • Maintain stock levels of paints, tools, and consumables
  • Ensure compliance with OH&S and environmental safety standards in the paint bay
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in industrial or aviation painting and blasting
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of OH&S practices in a workshop or industrial setting
  • Forklift or EWP licence (desirable but not essential)
