Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Billings & Receivables Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the Billings & Receivables team. This role ensures efficient billing and receivables processes, exceptional customer service, and timely collection of outstanding receivables.
Key duties include:
Assisting the Billings & Contract Assistants with difficult disputes
Ensure the Accounts Receivable Officer collects outstanding payments promptly.
Reviewing monthly invoices for each month, sending arrears report which is provided by the Accounts Receivable team
Cancelling contracts, ensuring there are no outstanding invoices
Reviewing commission runs every fortnight.
What you'll need to succeed
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Billings / Accounts Receivable Team Leader position
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
- Permanent Residency or Citizenship
