BDM opportunity with Leading National Managed Service Provider


•BDM role: 80% new business / 20% growing existing clients
•~$90-110k Base salary + Car + Super + Uncapped & Accelerated Comms | $150-180K+ OTE

My client is a trusted, multi-state ICT Managed Services provider, delivering cybersecurity, compliance, and modern IT solutions to organisations across government, critical infrastructure, health, education, not-for-profits, and regional environments. With a strong reputation for security-led, practical solutions and deep local knowledge, they continue to grow rapidly. Right now, they are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their expanding team in Darwin.


Your new role

As a BDM, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities across the Northern Territory while nurturing long-term client partnerships. Working closely with a highly skilled technical team, you will identify, qualify, and convert new opportunities across the ICT managed services and cybersecurity landscape.
You will represent the business at industry events, engage decision-makers across government and private sectors, and provide solutions aligned to client needs and regulatory requirements. This is a relationship-driven role, no high-volume cold calling, just meaningful engagement and genuine solution selling.

What you'll need to succeed

•Minimum 2 Year Sales experience required
•Proven experience in ICT sales, managed services, or technology solutions
•Experience working with NT Government, local councils, or critical infrastructure organisations (desirable)
•Strong relationship-building and communication skills
•Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, client-focused language
•Strong organisational and time-management skills, comfortable working autonomously
