Your new role
- Manage dishonoured payments (including direct entry and cheque transactions) and late dishonour classifications
- Process
high-volume transactions accurately and efficiently
- Complete
reporting tasks and assist with investigations as required
- Work
closely with onshore and offshore teams to maintain smooth operations
- Engage
in regular team huddles and collaborative sessions
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong
attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Experience
in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in assisting with process improvement and sharing ideas
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines
- Confidence with numbers and analytical tasks
- Clear communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Banking experience is helpful but not essential
